Please READ this page! When you sign up to work with Skylark Healing Arts, LLC on any level, you are agreeing to these provisions.

You understand that your purpose in seeking the advice of Skylark Healing Arts, LLC is done so for educational purposes only.

You understand that Skylark Healing Arts, LLC does not diagnose illness, disease, or mental disorder. Nor do they prescribe medical treatment or pharmaceuticals. It has been made clear that your session is not a substitute for medical examination or diagnosis and that it is recommended that you see a medical doctor for any physical or mental ailment.

You agree that Skylark Healing Arts, LLC cannot be held liable for any problems that might arise that you think could be attributed to the session. You have stated all of my known medical conditions to Skylark Healing Arts, LLC and if necessary, you will keep them updated on your physical, mental, and emotional health.

You acknowledge that Skylark Healing Arts, LLC practices for the purpose of providing mental/emotional/physical and spiritual support multiple techniques. You attest that you understand the nature of the session and freely elect to receive the techniques. You release Skylark Healing Arts, LLC from any and all claims of malpractice, non-disclosure, or lack of informed consent.

Please note:

Due to the vibrations and sound frequencies of the session, please consult your doctor prior to booking if you have any of the following:

-Serious heart conditions
-Any clinical/severe mental health conditions
-Metal plates in body
-Implanted pumps/devices
-Defibrillator
-Pacemaker
-Epilepsy
-Are currently pregnant

Informed Consent

The United States of America currently has no licensing policy in regard to Sound or Energy Healing, and Skylark Healing Arts, LLC is not a licensed medical doctor or therapist. I do not deal with drugs, nor do I issue a diagnosis or suggest cures.

My purpose is simply to provide a safe space for my client to experience healing through natural processes. I consider the use of sound, energy, herbs, essential oils, crystals, and any other natural healing modality as a way to encourage the body to get back to optimal functioning and everyone reacts to these methods individually. I make no claims for their medicinal actions, nor do I cite scientific evidence. Any information offered is done so on the basis of personal experience and traditional uses.

My clients agree to make their own choices as to what they do with the educational material they have been offered and are solely responsible for their own decisions and actions. It is always my recommendation to seek out the advice of a licensed health care professional whenever they feel it is necessary in regards to their own personal health, especially with serious conditions.

Clients need to consult with their physician and get approval to attend healing sessions if they have metal in their bodies, suffered concussions, have a pacemaker, use an insulin pump, and the like. If in doubt, consult your physician before our time together.

Some issues such as severe mental health or a late-stage medical diagnosis are beyond the scope of my expertise and I would advise you to seek professional counsel.

By booking an appointment and agreeing to work together, you understand that:

An assessment will be conducted to determine the general health of your energy system.

Any suggestion made by Skylark Healing Arts, LLC will be to assist your body’s natural ability to achieve a balanced state, to the extent that your body or your highest knowing will allow.

The goal of this session will be identified as part of the initial process and that you will have input as well as give intent and permission for it.

These sessions are not meant to replace treatment by established medical practices, and can complement them.

There are no guarantees as to the results of this session.

Skylark Healing Arts, LLC is not a licensed physician and will neither diagnose nor prescribe any condition nor do I make any specific claims regarding results from the sessions that you receive. Nothing in the work Skylark Healing Arts, LLC does is considered the practice of medicine.

You agree to:
-Raise any questions or concerns about anything you do not understand.
-Consider any suggestions that Skylark Healing may raise concerning referrals to other health care practitioners, homework, or my desired focus/introspection.
-Take full responsibility for your own health care.
-Give consent to Skylark Healing LLC, to conduct this sound healing session.

By booking a session, or participating in a class, workshop, or event with Skylark Healing Arts, LLC, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions; and release all liability and agree to hold harmless Skylark Healing Arts, LLC and associated affiliates and employees, successors and assigns.

Skylark Healing Arts appointments:

1. There is a level of responsibility to be held by the client to preserve the integrity of the work done by not participating in behaviors that may undo or negate the work. 

2. Once you have the work done, it is up to you to stay in the light and take great care of yourself.

3. Consult your primary health care provider to find out what is right and best for you.

4. Post session, it is recommended to drink plenty of water, get plenty of rest, and eat clean, organic foods. Limit refined sugars and processed foods, and avoid alcohol and recreational drugs.

LEGAL DISCLAIMERS

1. Holistic healthcare practitioners are trained specialists who use non-invasive holistic practices to create a healthy environment for the mind, body and spirit, and are NOT medical doctors.

2. It is recommended to seek the advice of your physician or qualified health care practitioner prior to starting any new treatment and/or changing current treatment.  

3. Holistic therapy is not intended to constitute medical treatment or consultation and is not intended to cure any conditions. Energy healing results may vary by person. Your outcome and results are not guaranteed. 

4. No energy session can predict or diagnose information with absolute certainly. Skylark Healing Arts, LLC will not be held accountable for any interpretations or decisions made based on information provided during sessions. They are for entertainment purposes only. 

5. Information you receive does not constitute legal, psychological, medical, business or financial advice. 

6. Choices and/or actions based on the content of your services received are your own responsibility. 

7. By purchasing a session, you agree that your consultation is subject to your own interpretation.  

8. Outcomes and results are 99% AMAZING however your results are not guaranteed. 

9. Spiritual work cannot be guaranteed.

10. There are no refunds given. Please read the following policies carefully.

OVERALL REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

This section pertains to all offerings that fall outside of a private appointment session such as group events, classes and all other engagements.

1. All sales are final. No refunds.

2. Services, classes, workshops, and retreats are nonrefundable.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR EVENTS AND WORKSHOPS

We do not issue refunds for events and workshops.

If you register for a workshop and later become unable to attend, we will offer a credit for your registration amount to use toward a future event if you notify us at least 48 hours before the workshop. We are unable to offer credits of any kind, or honor reschedule requests, with less than 48 hours advance notice. To cancel and receive a credit, requests must be made in writing via email to skylarkhealingarts@gmail.com.

If it’s me:

If Skylark Healing Arts, LLC falls ill or has extenuating circumstances that will call for the cancellation of your appointment, workshop or class, you will either receive a complete refund within 5 business days or have the option to reschedule, depending on the appointment type.

LATES, NO SHOWS, RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

This section pertains to one-on-one private consultation, coaching and healing appointment sessions, and includes both in-person and via Zoom.

Whether your appointment is in person or online, you are responsible for arriving to your session on time. Your appointment is scheduled specifically for you. There is a mutual obligation for both parties to be present and ready at the time of your appointment. If your appointment is online, be sure you are familiar with Zoom technology and know how to unmute yourself and allow access to your camera. Time spent figuring that out during your session will deduct from our session time and cannot be added to the end. 

1. LATE POLICY

a. UP TO 15 MINUTES

If you are late up to 15 minutes, we will still follow through with your appointment and no extra time will be given. You will receive an abbreviated session that will fit in the allotted time assigned to the nature of your appointment.

b. LATER THAN 15 MINUTES

If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, you will be considered “no-call, no show” and your appointment is forfeited. No refund will be given.

2. NO SHOWS

If for any reason you are not at your appointment with no prior notice given to our office, you will be considered “no-call, no show” and your appointment is forfeited. No refund will be given.

3. RESCHEDULE AND CANCELATIONS

All appointments require a 24-hour notice to be rescheduled. If you need to reschedule your appointment, you may do so through the link you received in your confirmation email. If you are unable to reschedule or cancel through that link, you must notify our office:

Email Skylark Healing Arts, LLC at skylarkhealingarts@gmail.com. Provide your full name, and the date and time of your appointment. State if you would like to reschedule or cancel your appointment. The timestamp of your email will indicate if you are within or outside the 24-hour notice of your appointment date and time. To have the cancelation confirmed complete, be sure you get a confirmation email from us.

If you reschedule the same session twice, you will be prevented from rescheduling a 3rd time and your appointment will be forfeit.

Any session canceled within 24 hours will incur the full session fee and will not be rescheduled or refunded.

4. REFUNDS

No refunds are given. If you cancel with at least 24 hours notice, you will have the option of rescheduling your appointment. If you cancel within 24 hours, you will not have the option to reschedule and you will not be refunded.

By purchasing services of Skylark Healing Arts, LLC you agree to and accept these terms and conditions.

5. ILLNESS OR INCLEMENT WEATHER

We understand that extenuating circumstances are sometimes beyond our control. In the event of illness or inclement weather, exceptions may be made for rescheduling if it is requested within the 24-hour notice period.
